At Invaluable Care Ltd, we strive to provide a superior set of live-in care at home services, offering peace of mind to families and ensuring seniors can live their lives to the fullest in the comfort and security of their own homes. Our dedicated services are individually tailored to encourage and maintain dignity and independence.

Invaluable Care Ltd is based in Great Wakering, Southend on Sea, Essex. Our services cover the greater Essex area. Once registered with CQC we will offer domiciliary care and support services to service users from their own homes. Providing care and support services to adults from 18 years of age.

Domiciliary/Home Care

Invaluable Care Ltd will offer person centred care and support to vulnerable adults in their homes through daily visits or live in care. We are committed to promoting their independence and giving their families peace of mind. This will be achieved by ensuring that the care standards are upheld, and the care principles are always at the centre of our mission. To guarantee that service users always receive the best care, which is centred of their individual needs, Invaluable care will ensure that service users are always part of the decision making about their care. Care will be provided to meet adult’s desired outcomes according to their support plan. 

Our aims and objectives

  • To deliver a service that is second to none and one that will improve the services users’ overall quality of life.
  • To deliver care services in a manner that is not discriminatory and one that is supportive and inclusive.
  • To deliver care that respects the services users’ protected characteristics as per the Equality Act 2010 such as their religion, race, sexual orientation, age, gender, marital status, origin, political affiliation, or disabilities.
  • To deliver care services that are always run in the best interests of service users and giving service users the opportunity to make own choices.
  • To work with other professionals involved in the adult’s care to maintain their wellbeing both for their physical and mental health.
  • To ensure that services users are matched appropriately with carers that can understand and respond well to their needs.
  • To ensure that where a dispute arises, conflict resolution processes are followed, and disputes resolved transparently.
  • To ensure that service users and their families have access to the service provider’s complaints procedures at all times of engagement.

Overnight care

In order to keep your regular routine, you may receive overnight care from a carer. The need for care doesn’t cease when the workday is done; overnight care gives you care that will be delivered by well trained and passionate carers who will go above and beyond to provide person centred care and meet service user needs

Our carers offer overnight care so that you or your loved one can have a good night’s sleep. If you or a loved one finds being alone unsettling, you could find that you need night-time care. With one-to-one overnight care from one of our highly trained carers, assistance is available for toilet training breaks, medication administration, and changing positions in bed.

Jameson Mashakada

Director

Mr Jameson Mashakada has over 6yrs experience as a Senior leader with extensive knowledge and experience of Governance, Policy development, implementation, and delivery in large governmental organisations. 
Jameson has over 13yrs experience of Public Sector Management and Operational Delivery in large organisations.  
Jameson has qualifications and a strong human resources, labour, and industrial relations background.  
Jameson has a master’s degree in policy management and government.  
Jameson is an experienced care and support worker, worked in domiciliary care, registered care homes and supported living settings for over 10 years.  
Loraine Muchopa

Loraine Muchopa

Shareholder

Ms Loraine Muchopa has over 10 years’ experience as social worker in different roles including: senior social worker and deputy team manager. She has worked in hospital discharge team which gave her the understanding of setting up community care in a timely manner to free up hospital beds and to get adults back to their homes or alternative placements as required. This gives her a wealth of knowledge working in a multi-disciplinary team. 
Loraine has experience working with adults with learning disabilities and those with physical impairment and working with adult, families, and other professionals to get detailed, progressive support plans in place to ensure the adult’s wellbeing is maintained.  
Loraine has worked as a practice manager in a multi-agency safeguarding hub (MASH), giving her experience of working with different vulnerable client groups including victims of domestic abuse, those with no recourse to public funds, asylum seekers, homeless people, those with mental health problems, victims of abuse, those involved with drugs and gangs. 
Loraine is a qualified Approved Mental health practitioner and responds to the needs of those with mental health problems to get them the required support in order to keep them and others safe.  
Loraine has developed good leadership skills over the years and is a good communicator through her experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, supervisory and management roles.  
Lovemore Mazivisa

Lovemore Mazivisa

Shareholder

Lovemore Mazivisa is an advanced social work Practitioner in children with experience is safeguarding, contextual harm, working with traveller and Gypsey families as well as care proceedings. Before qualifying as a social worker, he used to be a supervisor in a support living company providing support services to adults with learning difficulties. Lovemore has also worked with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and children with disabilities. He has legal background having completed an LLB Law degree as well as LLM in International Law with International relations. Lovemore is also an independent child protection, PLO, and Court work trainer for social workers.
